Terms of service
About STORE99
STORE99 is operated by José Sousa, a sole trader, at Selham Close, RH11 0RH, United Kingdom. Contact us at j0s335@outlook.com or through our Contact page.
These terms apply to purchases made through our website and to your use of the website. Nothing in these terms or our other policies limits your statutory consumer rights.
Products and prices
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Please check the model, condition, connections, compatibility, and included contents shown in each product listing before ordering. Screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for any purpose agreed with you, as required by applicable law.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and the total amount payable are shown before payment. Later price changes do not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by email.
If an item is unavailable or an error prevents us from accepting an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected item. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.
An inability to change an order after processing has started does not remove any statutory cancellation rights.
Delivery
Available delivery services, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise because you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.
Please contact us about missing, delayed, or damaged deliveries. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within 30 days. Your remedies for late or failed delivery under consumer law remain unaffected.
Cancellations, returns, and faulty goods
For most UK online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days. Statutory exceptions apply to certain goods.
Our Refund Policy explains these rights, applicable refund times, and our additional 30-day change-of-mind return offer.
Your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not limited by our voluntary return conditions. Contact us with your order number if something is wrong.
Accounts and website use
Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
You must use the website lawfully. You must not introduce malicious code, misuse personal information, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the store. We may restrict misuse without affecting your rights relating to existing purchases.
Original website content belongs to STORE99 or its licensors. Manufacturer names, product images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Shopify and privacy
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used by our store. Purchases are made directly from José Sousa, trading as STORE99. We are responsible for handling your orders and customer enquiries. Shopify is not the seller of our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Read our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled. Shopify explains its processing in its Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and complaints
We are responsible for loss or damage where required by applicable law.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Please contact us if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are subject to applicable UK law. Consumers retain all mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available to them under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when we accept an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
